1:00pm – 4:00pm | California Outdoor Hospitality Association Meeting – CalOHA parks only – Silver State Conference
Join fellow California park owners and operators for a meeting focused on the issues and opportunities shaping travel and tourism across the state. Hear from Barb Newton of CalTravel and a representative from Visit California as they share industry insights, statewide trends, and efforts to strengthen California’s visitor economy. The meeting will conclude with Ask the Attorney, an interactive session with Dan Rudderow of Rudderow Law addressing legal questions and concerns affecting California campgrounds and RV parks including what is happening in your park today.

Moderated by Amber Simpson of Martrek Digital, this candid panel discussion brings together representatives from Campground Views, Campspot, CampLife, RoverPass, and Newbook to explore the reservation software challenges facing today’s campground and RV resort operators. Panelists will discuss the features modern parks need, strategies for increasing direct bookings, technology integrations, data and reporting, and the balance between automation and personalized guest service. Attendees will also learn what to consider before changing systems and how emerging technology—including AI—may shape campground reservations and the guest experience in the years ahead.
