A Stan Martin Award recipient, she served on various boards, including ARVC’s executive committee. Later, she transitioned to consulting, association management, and now leads a regional organization supporting diverse outdoor lodging members across 13 states.
Scott Bahr
Scott has over 30 years of market research experience, leading strategic planning efforts across various industries. For over 20 years, he’s partnered with KOA on the Outdoor Hospitality Report and monthly camping research. As president of Cairn Consulting Group, he collaborates with RV companies, retailers, and associations on branding, customer experience, and more.
Lance Bevier
Lance Bevier, Franchise Development Manager at KOA, drives brand expansion nationwide. With expertise in market analysis and business strategy, he helps entrepreneurs build successful campgrounds. Passionate about the outdoors, he enjoys family time, scuba diving, skiing, and volunteering at Eagle Mount Billings, where he serves on the board, supporting adaptive recreation.
Blake Burris
Senior Account Executive at Newbook, Blake is an outdoor hospitality expert specializing in modern campground management. With a background in teaching and a passion for innovation, he helps operators enhance operations, boost revenue, and elevate guest experiences by leveraging industry trends and cutting-edge technology.
Heidi Doyle
Program and Sales Director at Utility Supply Group, Heidi has deep roots in outdoor hospitality, having grown up on her family’s resort in Northern Wisconsin. A trusted expert in RV park electrical solutions, she educates industry professionals on NEC and NFPA 1194 updates and speaks at national and state conventions.
Gene Eidelman
Co-founder of Azure Printed Homes, is transforming construction with 3D-printed homes made from recycled polymers. His patented process is 70% faster and 30% cheaper than traditional methods, offering sustainable, affordable housing since 2023. Azure operates a state-of-the-art factory in Los Angeles and will expand to Colorado in 2025. A recognized industry leader, Gene has received major awards and delivered a TED Talk on housing innovation, shaping the future of sustainable outdoor hospitality.
Scott Foos
Scott Foos, Managing Partner at Horizon Outdoor Hospitality, leads strategic growth for the boutique management firm. With nearly 20 years of experience, he has overseen $500 million in client assets. A former full-time RVer, he champions guest-focused solutions and serves as a Board Member for the Rivers & Rockies Outdoor Lodging Coalition.
Nicolas Gramstad
As Director of Sales at Staylist, I help outdoor hospitality businesses grow through technology and relationships, providing reservation management solutions that enhance operations and guest experiences. Previously, I worked at Newbook, supporting business growth through technology. Passionate about outdoor hospitality, I enjoy sharing insights and connecting with industry professionals.
John Grant
John owns and operates five RV parks in California and Nevada. With 35 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker, he brokered 240 park sales. A CalOHA board member and former WMA president, John is expanding Kings River RV Resort in Kingsburg, CA, to include 189 sites and become California's first 100% EV park.
Mike Harrison
Mike is the COO of CRR Hospitality, with 30 years in the hospitality industry. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts and the International College of Hospitality Administration, he has held leadership roles at top hospitality companies. CRR’s Verde Ranch RV Resort won “Large Park of the Year” in 2022. Mike serves on Arizona OHA's board and mentors students at UMass and Arizona State University.
Tiarra Ivazes
Tiarra, a Sierra Nevada native, discovered her passion for the outdoors early on. In 2020, she joined the Outdoor Hospitality Industry, starting as a seasonal ranger and now managing a Yosemite-area resort. She loves her job, embracing hiking, swimming, and adventures with her dog, perfectly blending work and lifestyle.
Dyana Kelley
President and CEO of the California Outdoor Hospitality Association, Dyana serves on the Cal Travel Association board and its Government Relations Committee. Leading one of the nation’s largest state RV associations, she advocates for CalOHA member parks and works to unify and elevate outdoor hospitality within the travel and tourism industry nationwide.
Mark Koep
Founder and CEO of Campground Views, revolutionizes camping with 360-degree virtual tours and a platform featuring 25,000+ sites. An industry leader, entrepreneur, and avid camper, he drives innovation, making trip planning seamless while inspiring and empowering the outdoor community through technology, education, and thought leadership.
Jeff Landry
Campspot's Vice President of Sales brings extensive experience in online booking technology and revenue growth. Previously, he built sales teams in reservations and led at FareHarbor, optimizing online conversions. With expertise in tours, activities, and camping, he drives customer success through client-focused solutions, exceptional support, and revenue maximization for partners.
Meg Milligan
A seasoned marketing expert, Meg brings a passion for hospitality to her role at Highway West Vacations, leading strategy for 18 Glamping, RV, and Hotel properties. She crafts compelling brand narratives and innovative campaigns that drive bookings and loyalty. Meg has contributed to top brands like Devil’s Thumb Ranch and Vail Resorts.
Doug Mulvaney
Former AVP of Campground Design Services for KOA, Doug has an extensive background in public utilities, energy efficiency, and natural gas marketing. At KOA, he designed 45 new campgrounds, upgraded 600+, and developed 16,500+ site plans. Now retired, he continues campground design and consulting in Billings, Montana.
John Pentecost
John, a shareholder and managing partner at Hart Kienle Pentecost, has been with the firm since 1988, leading its manufactured housing practice. With over 30 years of experience, he specializes in complex business, real estate, RV, and mobile home park litigation, including lease disputes, fair housing issues, and ADA matters.
Jim Rogers
Jim Rogers is a revered figure in the outdoor hospitality industry, known for his visionary leadership and commitment to fostering innovation. Jim served as President and CEO of Kampgrounds of America (KOA) until December 2015. He began his KOA career in 1972, later earning an MBA from UCLA. After roles at Harrah's Entertainment, he returned to KOA in 2000. An Eagle Scout, he received the Silver Buffalo award in 2016. Rogers and his family are deeply involved in Scouting, with 10 Eagle Scouts across two generations. He is a member of the National Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America.

As Founder and Chief Solutions Officer of AccessParks, he delivers high-performance fiber to major RV parks, MHCs, and National Parks. An MBA graduate and engineer, he’s also a passionate mountaineer, skier, and sailor.
John Sheedy
President and Designated Broker of Park Brokerage & Commercial Real Estate, leads a team specializing in California RV parks alongside associate agent Andrew Dohogne. With over a decade of experience, they have closed major deals, including the $17M sale of Evergreen RV Resort. The firm is expanding nationwide to meet client demand.
Bobby Sorden
Chief Marketing Officer of App My Community has 25 years of expertise in digital marketing, SEO, AI, and video marketing, plus 15 years as a marketing instructor. An avid camper, RVer, and DJ/MC business owner, he merges technology with outdoor hospitality, launching SuppliersSpot.com to connect park owners with suppliers.
Mike Sorenson
Mike Sorensen founded Wild Energy in 2019 to revolutionize utility metering for campgrounds and marinas. Inspired by his experiences as a camper, he recognized the need for compliant metering technology to fairly allocate energy and water costs while helping businesses recover utility expenses. Today, Wild Energy is the leading wireless metering provider in the outdoor hospitality industry, driven by Mike’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
Christine Taylor
A nationally recognized expert in outdoor hospitality law, Christine Taylor provides legal counsel and defense for campground, RV park, and glamping facility owners. With firsthand experience managing family-owned campgrounds, she excels in operations and marketing. A columnist and speaker, she is a partner at Goldberg Segalla’s Albany office.
Nick Williamson
Nick, an associate at Pacific Current Partners, focuses on acquisitions, underwriting, and capital market transactions. Since joining in 2020, he has worked on $300 million in deals, gaining deep MHRV industry expertise. He holds a B.S. from Penn State and lives in Pasadena, CA. The firm operates 4,000 sites nationwide.

Michael Yasieniuk is the founder and CEO of Let's Camp, an online platform connecting campers with campgrounds across North America. With nearly 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, he specializes in business management, marketing, and software development. Michael is also passionate about camping, baseball, and snowmobiling with family.
