Attendees will also learn best practices for navigating system transitions, assessing user-friendliness, and addressing customer service challenges. This session provides actionable advice to help operators choose solutions that align with their park’s needs and growth goals.

A look back at 2024 and what went wrong along with an outlook for 2025 and how parks can adjust to changes in the market. The presentation will offer campground owners and managers insights into how the camping and outdoor hospitality sector has changed over the past few years in terms the changing interests in guests for services, amenities, and experiences. The information will be placed into context of how these changes are impacting campgrounds and importantly, how campgrounds can adjust in order to capture a greater share of the casual outdoor recreation participant. Included will be a discussion of what the coming year will look like, and what campgrounds can expect in terms of guest behavior and expectations.
